We offer standard and express shipping across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your location.

2. What is your return policy?

You can return unused, unwashed items within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the original tags and packaging are intact. You can  email support@alpmode.com to initiate the return.

3. How do I choose the right size?

Refer to our Size Guide on each product page for accurate measurements. Our fits are true to size, but if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for added comfort.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets like PhonePe, Paytm, and Google Pay.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on SMS and email. You can also track it at any time via the My Orders section on our website.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order?

7. How do I care for my ALP Mode products?

For best results, machine-wash cold, avoid bleach, and dry in shade. Refer to specific care instructions on the product tag. For Supima Cotton products avoid washing them in hot water
