Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests cannot be accommodated for any orders.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE- To initiate an exchange, kindly contact our customer service team at support@alpmode.com, within 7 days of receiving the item. As a measure aligned with our product hygiene standards, all received exchanges will undergo a quality check by our team and will be subsequently approved or declined for exchange.
We retain the right to reject a return if:
- The product(s) are returned after use.
- The products are damaged.
Once the exchange is confirmed, the customer is responsible for shipping the item with the provided tracking ID to ALP email within the same email thread. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
For defective product concerns, please share images at ALP email, and we will respond within 24 hours. Exchange for the same product in a different size is allowed only once.
Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the desired size will be in stock. If the preferred size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued. The store credit is valid for one month from the date of issuance.
In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited to the customer in the form of store credit.
